摘　　要：档案鉴定工作是档案管理的重要环节,通过分析对比国内外有代表性的档案鉴定理论与近年来提出的档案鉴定非必要论,指出我国档案鉴定工作存在归档鉴定模式因循守旧、价值鉴定标准存有局限、销毁鉴定工作推进不力的问题。人工智能时代,机器可以取代人工完成繁复的工作,有助于打开档案鉴定工作新局面。档案工作者应确立全部性管理方针、将档案质量鉴定作为归档鉴定的核心,通过档案利用平台主动抓取用户行为数据、构建档案价值动态鉴定体系,废止档案销毁鉴定、构建开放档案智能鉴定数据库,积极应对新一轮技术浪潮。Archival appraisal is one of the most important elements of archive management.By comparing the representation perspectives of archival appraisal and the newly"archival appraisal is unnecessary"theory,pointing out the traditional mode of archival appraisal is conservative,the evaluation criterion has its limits and the destruction appraisal is lack of promotion.Machines can complete difficult jobs replace of man in the era of Al which will create a new situation of archival appraisal.In order to meet the new wave of technology,archivist should determine the course of overall management and take archive quality appraisal as the core of filing appraisal in the first place,then create a dynamic archival value appraisal system,and abolishing the destruction appraisal,creating an open Al automatic appraisal database ultimately.
