摘 要:为探究高原裂腹鱼对高原低氧环境的适应性,本实验采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析法测定并比较了两种高海拔的裂腹鱼,拉孜裸鲤(Gymnocypris scleracanthus)(4580 m)与尖裸鲤(Oxygymnocypris stewartia)(3650 m)和一种低海拔的齐口裂腹鱼(Schizothorax prenanti)(650 m)体内血细胞及血浆中的11种元素含量。结果表明,血细胞Cr、Mg和Cu的含量在三种裂腹鱼间呈显著差异;分布于低海拔的齐口裂腹鱼血浆中K和P的含量显著高于拉孜裸鲤和尖裸鲤,Na的含量显著低于两种高海拔裂腹鱼。为适应高原低温缺氧环境,裂腹鱼会通过调控体内元素含量来调整机体代谢水平。本研究结果可为裂腹鱼高原低氧环境的生理适应机制研究提供新的思路。To explore the mechanism underlining the adaptation of Schizothoracine species to the plateau hypoxia,we measured and compared the concentrations of 11 elements of the blood cells and plasma of two Schizothoracine fish species inhabiting high altitude,Gymnocypris scleracanthus(4580 m)and Oxygymnocypris stewartia(3650 m)and one inhabiting low altitude,Schizothorax prenanti(650 m),with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method.In blood cells,elements Cr,Mg and Cu were different in concentration among three fish species.In the plasma,elements K and P of fish species inhabiting low altitude(S.prenanti)were significantly higher than those of two species inhabiting high altitude,and element Na of S.prenanti was significantly lower than that of fish species inhabiting high altitude.To adapt the low temperature and hypoxia at high altitude,Schizothoracine may have adjusted their body metabolism by regulating the content of elements in their body.Our findings provided a new insight into the plateau hypoxia adaptation of Schizothoracine fish species.
