置管溶栓联合血管成形术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨置管溶栓联合血管成形术治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)的临床疗效.方法:选取2019年5月至2021年5月本院收治的78例下肢ASO患者为研究对象.根据手术方式不同,将其分为观察组(n=41,置管溶栓联合血管成形术)和对照组(n=37,血管成形术).比较两组临床疗效、动脉硬化指标、术后并发症发生率及血管通畅率.结果:观察组临床疗效的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组脉搏波传导速度(PWV)、颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)低于对照组,踝肱指数(ABI)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组血管通畅率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:置管溶栓联合血管成形术治疗对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效显著,能有效改善临床症状,优化动脉硬化指标,值得临床推广应用.Objective:To investigate the effects of thrombolysis combined with angioplasty on the clinical efficacy and arteriosclerosis index in patients with arteriosclerotic obliterans of lower extremity(ASO).Methods:A total of 78 ASO patients admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected in this study.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into observation group(n=41,thrombolysis combined with angioplasty)and control group(n=37,angioplasty).The clinical efficacy and arteriosclerosis indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower intima-media thicknes(IMT)and pulse wave velocity(PWV),and higher ankle-brachial index(ABI),there were significant differences(P<0.05);The observation group had a higher vascular patency rate and lower complications,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Catheterization with thrombolysis combined with angioplasty has a significant effect on ASO,which can effectively improve clinical efficacy and arteriosclerosis indexes,and is worthy of clinical application.
