床边纤维支气管镜在抢救呼吸系统急危重症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析床边纤维支气管镜在呼吸系统急危重症患者抢救过程中应用效果.方法:选取2022年1月到2022年12月本院收治的26例呼吸系统急危重症患者为研究对象.在抢救过程中应用床边纤维支气管镜对患者进行检查和治疗,分析比较抢救前、后患者的各项临床指标和血气分析指标并统计患者发生不良反应的情况.结果:抢救后,患者的心率和呼吸频率显著降低,动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))和动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))指标值显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).抢救前、后患者的体温及血pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).抢救后1例患者发生了不良反应,发生率为3.85%.结论:在对呼吸系统急危重症患者抢救过程中应用床边纤维支气管镜能有效清除患者的气道分泌物,促进通气功能改善,治疗安全,效果显著,值得借鉴应用.Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of bedside fiber bronchoscopy in the rescue patients with acute and critical respiratory diseases.Methods:A total of 26 patients with acute and critical respiratory diseases who were rescued in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected in this study.The patients were examined and treated with bedside fiber bronchoscopy during the rescue process.The clinical indicators and blood gas analysis indicators of patients before and after rescue were compared.And the incidence of adverse reactions was counted.Results:After rescue,the heart rate and respiratory rate of the patients were significantly lower than before,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),arterial blood partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))and arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))of the patients were significantly improved compared with those before rescue,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pH value compared with those before rescue(P>0.05).After rescue,one patient experienced adverse reactions,with an incidence rate of 3.85%.Conclusion:The bedside fiber bronchoscopy can effectively remove the airway secretion of patients with acute and severe respiratory diseases,promote the improvement of ventilation function,and is safe and effective.It is worth using for reference.
