糖尿病足患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、γ干扰素的表达水平及其与Wanger分级的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病足患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的表达水平及其与Wanger分级的相关性.方法:选取2020年1月至2023年4月本院收治的86例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象.所有患者治疗前均接受血清TNF-α、IFN-γ水平检测及Wanger分级,分析TNF-α、IFN-γ水平与Wanger分级的相关性.结果:Wanger5级的糖尿病足患者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ水平最高,其后依次为Wanger4级、Wanger3级、Wanger2级、Wanger1级糖尿病足患者,多组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).经Kendall's tau-b相关性分析,糖尿病足患者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ水平与Wanger分级呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05).结论:糖尿病足患者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ水平与Wanger分级密切相关.Objective:To investigate the expression level of serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand interferon gamma(IFN-)in patients with diabetic foot and their correlation with Wanger classification.Methods:A total of 86 patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as research objects in this study.All patients received serum TNF-α,IFN-levels testing and Wanger classification before treatment.The correlation between TNF-α,IFN-levels and Wanger classification was analyzed.Results:The serum levels of TNF-αand IFN-in diabetic foot patients with Wanger grade 5 were the highest,followed by Wanger grade 4,Wanger grade 3,Wanger grade 2 and Wanger grade 1,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Kendall's tau-b correlation analysis showed that serum TNF-αand IFN-levels were positively correlated with Wanger classification in patients with diabetic foot(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum TNF-αand IFN-in patients with diabetic foot were closely related to Wanger classification.
