个体化护理结合针对性干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的:分析个体化护理结合针对性干预在慢性乙型肝炎患者护理中的应用效果.方法:选取2020年8月至2022年7月于本院就诊的125例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象.按照护理方式的不同,将其分为观察组(n=64,采取个体化护理结合针对性干预)和对照组(n=61,采取普通护理干预).比较两组患者焦虑情况、睡眠及生活质量.结果:干预后,观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组患者社会功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、生理功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:个性化护理结合针对性干预能有效降低慢性乙型肝炎患者焦虑程度,有利于提高患者睡眠及生活质量,此方法值得在临床上推广使用.Objective:To evaluate the application effects of individualized nursing combined with targeted intervention in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:A total of 125 patients with chronic hepatitis B who visited our hospital from August 2020 to July 2022 were selected in this study.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(n=64,personalized nursing combined with targeted intervention)and control group(n=61,general nursing intervention).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of SAS and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of social function,physical function,emotional function,and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing combined with targeted intervention can effectively reduce the anxiety level of patients with chronic hepatitis B,and help improve the sleep and life quality of patients,and this method is worthy of clinical.
