摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理干预在胃癌患者增强CT检查中的应用,并进行评价.方法:选取2021年9月至2022年9月在本院放射科进行增强CT诊断的胃癌患者127例作为研究对象.根据护理方式不同将其分为实验组(n=65,舒适护理)和对照组(n=62,常规护理).比较两组患者简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及不良反应发生率.结果:实验组GCQ评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组SAS评分与SDS评分,均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:舒适干预能有效提升患者舒适度,改善胃癌患者在增强CT检查中的焦虑情绪与抑郁情绪,降低不良反应发生率.Objective:To study and evaluate the application of comfort nursing care intervention in enhanced CT examination of patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 127 patients with gastric cancer who underwent enhanced CT diagnosis in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected in this study.And according to different nursing care methods,they were divided into an experimental group(n=65,comfort nursing care)and a control group(n=62,conventional nursing care).The general comfort questionnaire(CCQ),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The GCQ scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,(P<0.05);the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort intervention can effectively improve patient comfort,improve anxiety and depression in patients with gastric cancer during enhanced CT examination,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
