摘  要:目的 基于杯芳烃对铀酰离子的特异性络合作用,合成一种接枝杯芳烃磺酸基衍生物的棉纤维,用于铀污染的吸附去除。方法 采用化学接枝的方法在棉纤维上与溴异丁酰溴(BIBB)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、4-磺酸杯[6]芳烃(S-C[6]a)逐步反应,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、红外光谱(FTIR)表征其结构。使用Franz扩散池模拟皮肤污染,激光液体荧光法测定铀含量。结果 SEM、XPS、FTIR表征结果显示棉纤维与4-磺酸杯[6]芳烃成功接枝;4-磺酸杯[6]芳烃棉纤维对硝酸铀酰溶液吸附的最适pH为4.0,时间为20 min,吸附剂用量为20 mg,吸附过程更符合伪二级动力学吸附,4-磺酸杯[6]芳烃棉纤维在溶液中的吸附率为78.46%,对皮肤铀污染的去污效率为81.72%。结论 成功合成了4-磺酸杯[6]芳烃棉纤维,且4-磺酸杯[6]芳烃棉纤维对可溶性铀的吸附和皮肤铀污染去除有显著效果。Objective To prepare 4-sulfonylcalix[6]arene-modified cotton fibers for adsorption and removal of uranium based on the specific complexation of calix[6]arene with uranium(VI).Methods Chemical grafting was used for the modification of cotton,which reacted withα-bromoisobutyryl bromide,glycidyl methacrylate,and 4-sulfonylcalix[6]arene.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)were used to characterize the structure of 4-sulfonylcalix[6]arene-modified cotton(Cotton S-C[6]a).A Franz diffusion cell was used to simulate uranium-contaminated skin.Laser fluorimetry was used to determine the uranium content.Results SEM,XPS,and FTIR showed that cotton fibers were successfully grafted with 4-sulfonylcalix[6]arene.The optimal conditions of Cotton S-C[6]a for the adsorption of uranium(VI)was pH 4.0,duration of 20 min,and 20 mg of adsorbent.The adsorption process fitted well with pseudo-secondary-order kinetics.The uranium removal efficiency of Cotton S-C[6]a was up to 78.46%in aqueous solution and 81.72%on skin.Conclusion The synthesized Cotton S-C[6]a is highly efficient in the removal of uranium(VI)in solution and on contaminated skin.
