摘  要:2A12铝合金以优良的性能广泛应用于航空航天等工业领域。大规格圆铸锭易出现疏松缺陷,影响最终产品的综合性能。对2A12铝合金圆铸锭生产工艺和铸锭组织分析表明,疏松为补缩型疏松。系统分析了2A12铝合金半连续铸造过程中熔体的氢含量、化学成分、铸造工艺参数以及环境湿度对疏松的影响。提出了减少2A12铝合金铸锭疏松缺陷的措施。2A12 aluminum alloy is widely used in aerospace and other industrial fields due to its excellent performance,but its large-sized billets are prone to porosity defects,which affects the overall performance of the final product.The production process and microstructure of 2A12 aluminum alloy billets were analyzed and the results show that the porosity are shrinkage type.The effects of hydrogen content,chemical composition,casting process parameters,and environmental humidity on porosity in the semi-continuous casting process of aluminum alloy were systematically analyzed.The control measures for reducing porosity in 2A12 aluminum alloy billets have been proposed.
