摘 要:采用累积叠轧工艺成功制备了1060/6061铝合金80层复合板,通过SEM、拉伸试验机等设备研究了530℃固溶+175℃不同时效时间对铝合金累积叠轧复合板力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:累积叠轧80层1060/6061铝合金复合板的抗拉强度和伸长率随人工时效时间的增加先升高后下降,在时效时间15 h达到最大值,抗拉强度最大值为226 MPa,伸长率最大值为10.18%。与叠轧态的复合板相比,抗拉强度降低,塑性明显增加。The 1060/6061 aluminum alloy 80-layer laminated composite sheets were successfully fabricated by accumulative roll bonding(ARB).The effect of 530℃solid solution and 175℃with different aging time on the mechanical properties of the 1060/6061 composite sheet was studied with SEM,tensile test and other equipment.The research results show that the tensile strength and elongation of 80-layer 1060/6061 aluminum alloy laminated composite sheets first increase and then decrease with the extension of aging time,and reaches the maximum value at 15 hours of aging.The max.value of tensile strength is 226 MPa,and that of elongation is 10.18%.Compared with the aluminum alloy laminated sheet before solid solution and aging,the strength was relatively decreased while the plasticity is significantly increased.
