摘 要:铝钛硼晶粒细化剂广泛应用于铸轧法生产铝及铝合金带材。为分析铝箔孔洞形成的原因,本试验对铸轧生产中过滤箱后的前箱铝液、铸轧铝板及停止生产后的铸嘴中的冷凝铝固体进行Ti、B元素及其他异常元素的检测与分析,研究晶粒细化元素Ti、B在铸嘴板中的含量分布及其对铝箔孔洞的影响。结果表明:冷凝铝固体中存在大量的Ti、B元素及异常高的V元素。这些元素主要以聚集的TiB_(2)及Ti、V金属间化合物为主,聚集的金属间化合物颗粒在铸轧过程中可从铸嘴脱落进入铝基体中,其中较大的颗粒在箔轧时会造成铝箔孔洞。Aluminum titanium boron grain refiners are widely used in the production of aluminum and aluminum alloy strips by casting and rolling methods.To analyze the causes of aluminum foil pinholes,this experiment detected and analyzed Ti,B elements,and other abnormal elements in the condensed aluminum solids in the front box of the filter box,the cast aluminum plate,and the cast nozzle after production was stopped in the casting and rolling production.The content distribution of grain refinement elements Ti and B in the casting nozzle and their impact on aluminum foil pinholes were studied.The results indicate that there are a large amount of Ti,B elements,and abnormally high V elements in the condensed aluminum solid.These elements are mainly composed of aggregated TiB_(2) and Ti,V intermetallic compounds.The particles of these aggregated intermetallic compounds can detach from the casting nozzle and enter the aluminum matrix during the casting and rolling process,which is one of the important factors causing voids in the aluminum foil.
