摘　　要：采用兔多次免疫犬瘟热弱毒来制备犬瘟热阳性血清,经检测阳性血清无菌、支原体,外源病毒检验、特异性检验和效价检测均符合相关要求,可用于犬瘟热活疫苗检验使用。本制备方法操作简单,成本低,特异性好,并且减少了外源病毒的污染风险。犬瘟热阳性血清的成功制备,为犬瘟热活疫苗的研究和质控提供了基础保障,同时为犬瘟热紧急治疗提供了新的解决思路。Canine distemper positive serum was prepared by repeated immunity of rabbits to canine distemper weak virus.After testing positive serum for sterility,mycoplasma,exogenous virus testing,specificity testing,and potency testing,they all meet relevant requirements and can be used for the testing of canine distemper live vaccines.The preparation method is easy to use,low cost and good in specificity,and greatly reduces the risk of contamination by exogenous viruses.The successful preparation of canine distemper positive serum provides a basic guarantee for the research and quality control of canine distemper live vaccine,and provides a new solution for the urgent treatment of canine distemper.
