摘　　要：猪圆环病毒病是猪圆环病毒(Porcine circovirus,PCV)引起的一种传染病,特别是感染猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型(Porcine circovirus type 2,PCV2)后,可引起断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征、猪皮炎肾病综合征、猪呼吸疾病综合征等,大大增加了养猪成本和防控难度,给养猪业造成重大经济损失。为积极推进动物疫病净化场创建工作,对1家扩繁场引进的种猪进行PCV2的ELISA和PCR检测。通过采用隔离复合用药治疗,最终实现了PCV2净化。本研究的净化技术措施简便易行,对种猪场PCV2净化工作具有一定的示范借鉴意义。Porcine circovirus disease is an infectious disease caused by Porcine circovirus(PCV),it can cause multiple system failure syndrome of weaned piglets,porcine dermatitis nephrotic syndrome,porcine respiratory disease syndrome,etc.,especially after infection with Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2),which greatly increasing the cost of pig breeding and the difficulty of prevention and control,causing significant economic losses of the pig industry.In order to actively promote the establishment of animal disease purification farm,PCV2 was detected by ELISA and PCR of imported breeding pigs in a breeding farm and PCV2 was finally purified by using isolation and compound drug treatment.The technical measures of purification in this study are simple and feasible,which can be used for reference for PCV2 purification in breeding pig farms.
