摘　　要：近年来,牛昏睡嗜血杆菌病在世界各国的检出率逐渐增加。牛昏睡嗜血杆菌病是由昏睡嗜血杆菌引起的以神经系统、呼吸道、生殖道、败血症为主要症状的疾病,给畜牧业带来了严重危害和巨大的经济损失。昏睡嗜血杆菌是引起牛多系统疾病的病原,是一种革兰氏阴性多型性小型球杆菌。牛昏睡嗜血杆菌的致病机制复杂,传播途径多种多样,病原体分离培养较为困难。对牛昏睡嗜血杆菌的病原特性、流行病学调查、致病机理以及毒力因子四个方面进行综述,以期为后续分离培养和进一步研究提供理论基础。In recent years,the prevalence rate of Haemophilus somnus in various countries has gradually increased.Haemophilus somnus is a disease caused by Haemophilus somnus with respiratory tract,reproductive tract,septicemia and meningoencephalitis as the main symptoms,which has brought serious harm and huge economic losses to animal husbandry.Haemophilus somnus is a kind of Gram-negative microspherobacillus polymorphus,which causes multisystem disease in cattle.The pathogenic mechanism of Haemophilus somnus bovis is complex,the transmission route is diverse,the pathogen isolation and culture is difficult.In this paper,the pathogenic characteristics,epidemiological investigation,pathogenic mechanism and virulence factors of Haemophilus somnus were reviewed,which provided a theoretical basis for the subsequent isolation and culture and further research.
