摘　　要：在非洲猪瘟全国流行的情况下,经典猪瘟的免疫尤为重要。不同公司生产的猪瘟疫苗的免疫效果及免疫副反应不同,为选择优质疫苗,选择两个不同厂家猪瘟传代细胞疫苗,开展断奶猪两次免疫并收集数据,进行免疫效果及免疫副反应的评价。从副反应统计及疫苗效果跟踪可知,B公司猪瘟产品效果明显好于A公司产品。之后将B公司猪瘟疫苗产品应用在规模猪场进行临床效果跟踪,结果表明猪瘟抗体水平明显提升,且临床仔猪猪瘟抗体较高,可为猪瘟疫苗评价及防控提供参考。In the context of the national epidemic of classical swine fever in Africa,immunization against classical swine fever is particularly important.The immune effects and side effects of swine fever vaccines produced by different companies vary.In order to develop a reasonable immunization program for swine fever and select high-quality vaccines,two different manufacturers of swine fever cell vaccines were selected for this experiment.Weaned pigs were immunized twice and data was collected to evaluate the immune effects and side effects.From the statistics of side effects and vaccine effectiveness tracking,it can be seen that,The product effect of Company B is significantly higher than that of Company A.Afterwards,the screening of B company's swine fever products will be applied to large-scale pig farms for clinical effect tracking.The level of swine fever antibodies has been significantly improved,while solving the clinical problem of low levels of swine fever antibodies in clinical piglets.The results of this experiment have good reference significance for the evaluation and prevention and control of swine fever vaccines.
