摘  要:广东某矿石中WO_(3)品位0.44%,白钨矿和黑钨矿分布率分别为61.36%和31.82%。金属硫化物主要有毒砂和黄铁矿,脉石矿物主要是石英、长石及绢云母等。原矿在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占72.56%后经浮选脱硫、钨粗精矿加温精选、白钨尾矿磁重联合流程回收黑钨精矿,最终闭路试验获得了产率0.73%、S品位45.21%、S回收率91.68%的硫精矿和产率0.44%、WO_(3)品位65.58%、WO_(3)回收率67.11%的白钨精矿及产率0.13%、WO_(3)品位50.87%、WO_(3)回收率15.38%的黑钨精矿,钨总回收率82.49%。The grade of WO_(3)is 0.44%in a Guangdong ore,and the distribution rates of scheelite and wolframite are respectively 61.36%and 31.82%.The metal sulfide are mainly arsenopyriteand pyrite,and gangue minerals are mainly quartz and feldspar and sericite.Under the condition that grinding fineness is-0.074 mm 72.56%,the wolframite concentrate is recovered by flotation desulfurization,heating cleaning of tungsten rough concentrate,and magnetic-gravity combined process of scheelite tailings.The closed-circuit test obtained a sulfur concentrate with a yield of 0.73%and S grade of 45.21%and S recovery of 91.68%and a scheelite concentrate with a yield of 0.44%and WO_(3)grade of 65.58%and WO_(3)recovery of 67.11%and a wolframite concentrate with a yield of 0.13%and WO_(3)grade of 50.87%and WO_(3)recovery of 15.38%.The total recovery of tungsten is 82.49%.
