摘  要:采取高浓度快速浮选技术,解决了在不改变选矿工艺的情况下原矿处理量增大对生产指标的影响。技术改造后,铅、锌金属回收率分别提高了1.75%和1.61%,伴生银回收率提高了8.60%,药剂成本下降了1.36元/t,降低了选矿生产用水量,年创造经济效益约511.80万元,保护了生态环境。The high concentration rapid flotation technology is adopted to solve the influence of the increase of raw ore processing capacity on the production index without changing the beneficiation process.After the technical transformation,the recovery rates of lead and zinc metals increased by 1.75%and 1.61%respectively,the recovery rate of associated silver increased by 8.60%,the cost of reagent decreased by 1.36 yuan/ton,the water consumption of mineral processing production decreased.The annual economic benefit is about 5.118 million yuan,and the ecological environment was protected.
