摘　　要：锌精馏是基于锌与杂质元素的沸点不同的特点,采用不同的温度精馏的原理,使锌与其它杂质金属分离,从而得到高纯度锌。文章从锌火法冶炼中最关键的精馏工艺切入,逐步介绍锌熔炼车间与锌精馏车间的工艺配置及要求,将锌液转运的动作及路径进行分解规划,将锌液转运装备分为锌包、锌包运输车、锌包倾翻入炉装置和锌包提升装置,对其进行模块化拼装和自动化改造。通过对锌液转运装备的自动化改造,使企业能够应对招工难,用人难的困境,有效节省劳动定员,并能应对更能严格的安全环保要求。Zinc re-distillation,based on the different boiling points of zinc and impurity elements,is used to separate zinc from other impurity metals,so as to achieve high purity zinc.In this paper,starting from the most critical distillation process in zinc pyrometallurgical smelting,the process configuration and requirements of zinc smelting workshop and zinc distillation workshop are gradually introduced.The action and path of zinc liquid transport are decomposed and planned.The zinc liquid transport equipment is divided into zinc ladle,zinc ladle transport vehicle,zinc ladle tilting furnace device and zinc ladle lifting device,and modular assembly and automation transformation are carried out.Through the automatic transformation of zinc liquid transport equipment,enterprises can cope with the difficulties of recruitment and employment,effectively save labor,and can cope with more stringent safety and environmental protection requirements.
