摘 要:目前,脱硫再生工序需要大量低压蒸汽,动力车间供应不足时,需额外购买。此外,蒸汽供应的不稳定性导致再生效果差。锅炉每天以4.5MPa、约250℃的饱和水进行连续排污,造成能源浪费,不利于现场管理。为了降低脱硫再生工序运行成本并加强脱硫效果,通过在脱硫再沸器蒸汽入口管道增设端口,将排污集中后引入再沸器,利用排污产生的蒸汽进行补充。试验结果表明,这种方法能够减少蒸汽使用量,提高离子液浓度,并降低有机胺的添加量。该方法实现了降低成本、加强脱硫效果的目标。对脱硫再生工序的优化和环境可持续发展具有重要意义。Currently,the desulfurization regeneration process requires a large amount of low-pressure steam.When the power workshop cannot supply enough steam,additional purchases are needed.In addition,the instability of steam supply leads to poor regeneration effectiveness.The boiler discharges continuously using saturated water at a pressure of 4.5 MPa and a temperature of about 250℃,resulting in energy waste and unfavorable on-site management.In order to reduce the operating costs of the desulfurization regeneration process and enhance desulfurization effectiveness,a port is added to the steam inlet pipe of the desulfurization reboiler to introduce the discharge into the reboiler for replenishment.The steam generated from the discharge is utilized.The results show that this method can reduce steam consumption,increase the concentration of the ionic liquid,and reduce the amount of organic amine added.In conclusion,this method achieves the goals of cost reduction and enhanced desulfurization effectiveness.These research results are of great significance for the optimization of the desulfurization regeneration process and environmental sustainability.
