摘　　要：近年来,深度伪造(Deepfake)技术迅速兴起,在给社会各领域发展带来巨大机遇的同时,利用深度伪造如AI换脸、视频伪造、音频伪造和指纹伪造等多模态技术的新型犯罪也逐渐涌现,其引发的诸多犯罪风险不容小觑。针对当前面向深度伪造技术风险定量评估技术缺乏、侦查取证难度大、反制监管技术单薄及规制体系不完善等问题,亟需强化源头综合治理,健全法律法规和技术标准,赋能智慧新警务,深化宣传阵地,为构建新型犯罪治理新体系,筑建网络安全新生态提供理论基础。In recent years,with the rapid rise of deep fake technology,while bringing great opportunities for the development of various fields of society,new crimes using deep fake such as AI face-changing,video fake,audio fake and fingerprint fake are also emerging gradually,and many criminal risks can not be underestimated.In view of the lack of quantitative assessment technology for the risk of deep fake technology,the difficulty of investigation and evidence collection,the weakness of counter-supervision technology and the imperfect regulation system,this paper focuses on the public security perspective.Through the methods of literature research,modeling and on-the-spot investigation,this paper focuses on the new criminal mechanism of fake technology,and deeply analyzes the principle of deep fake technology and the corresponding detection technology.Taking the hot domestic cases in recent years as analysis samples,this paper explores the new path of governance and control of a new type of crime represented by fake technology,in order to build a new system of crime governance,endow new policing with wisdom,strengthen comprehensive management and control and build a new ecology of network security to provide a theoretical basis.
