摘　　要：近年来,随着网络技术等的快速发展与新型毒品的不断出现,非接触性贩毒案件的发案率不断上升。非接触性贩毒案件有不同的基本样态,每种基本样态各自具有自身的特点。在非接触性贩卖毒品案件中,大多存在网络数据信息类侦查要素,通讯数据信息类侦查要素,物品、生物检材(鉴定意见)类侦查要素和视频资料类、言词类侦查要素。相应地,在非接触性贩毒案件侦查中也存在两类侦查方法,即常规侦查方法和科技侦查方法,在侦查过程中应当将两类侦查方法有机结合起来,实现侦查效益的最大化。In recent years,with the rapid development of network technology and the continuous emergence of new drugs,the incidence of non-contact drug trafficking cases has been continuously increasing.Non-contact drug trafficking cases have different basic patterns,and each basic pattern has its own characteristics.In the cases of noncontact drug trafficking,there are mostly investigation elements of network data and information,communication data and information,articles,biological samples(appraisal opinions),video materials and words.Correspondingly,there are also two types of investigation methods in non-contact drug trafficking cases,namely conventional investigation methods and technological investigation methods.During the investigation process,the two types of investigation methods should be organically combined to achieve maximum investigation efficiency.
