摘　　要：目的:分析2020年某铁路企业职工肥胖相关性高血压的流行特征,探讨血清胆固醇水平对肥胖相关性高血压的诊断价值。方法:2020年1—12月,选取某铁路企业参与体检的在职职工62707人,分析其血清胆固醇水平与肥胖相关性高血压发生情况和相关性,预测血清胆固醇各指标对肥胖相关性高血压的诊断价值。结果:铁路职工中,胆固醇异常率为4.68%,异常率与年龄和身体质量指数呈正相关;高血压患病率为22.56%,其中肥胖相关性高血压患病率为11.73%,患病率与年龄和身体质量指数增长呈正相关;低密度脂蛋白与收缩压和舒张压均呈弱正相关,高密度脂蛋白与收缩压和舒张压均呈弱负相关;结论:年龄与胆固醇异常和高血压患病密切相关,但血清胆固醇对肥胖相关性高血压的预测价值有限。OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of obesity-related hypertension,and using this large sam⁃ple to explore the diagnostic value of serum cholesterol level in obesity-related hypertension.METHODS From January 2020 to De⁃cember 2020,62707 employees of a railway enterprise who participated in physical examination were investigated to analyze the oc⁃currence and correlation between serum cholesterol level and obesity-related hypertension,and to predict the diagnostic value of se⁃rum cholesterol indexes for obesity-related hypertension.RESULTS The abnormal rate of cholesterol in railway workers was 4.68%,which was positively correlated with age and body mass index.The prevalence of hypertension was 22.56%,and the prevalence of obesity-related hypertension was 11.73%.The prevalence was positively correlated with age and BMI.Low density lipoprotein had a weak positive correlation with blood pressure,high densitylipoprotein had a weak negative correlation with blood pressure.CONCLU⁃SION Age and abnormal total cholesterol are closely related to hypertension,but the significance of serum total cholesterol in predict⁃ing obesity related hypertension is limited.
