摘　　要：目的:了解2013—2022年上海市长宁区婚前医学检查(简称婚检)服务工作推进情况,为推进长宁区婚检工作发展方向提供理论依据。方法:基于上海市婚检工作报表和长宁区妇幼保健院内部信息系统,回顾性动态分析2013—2022年长宁区婚检率、疾病检出率及疾病分类情况。结果:2013—2022年长宁区登记结婚共93208人,其中,参加婚检14438人,平均婚检率为15.49%。14438个婚检个案中,共确诊相关疾病患者586例,平均疾病检出率为4.06%。其中,生殖系统疾病确诊患者最多,为360例,检出率为2.49%;其他依次为内科疾病97例,检出率为0.67%;其他各科疾病81例,检出率为0.56%;传染病24例,检出率为0.17%;遗传及有关的先天性疾病23例,检出率为0.16%;精神病1例,检出率为0.01%。结论:2013—2022年长宁区婚检率较低,一方面需加强科普宣传引导、提高婚检服务人员专业素养,另一方面需加强民政、卫生行政部门间的分工合作,建议为婚检人员提供“一站式”服务,以提升婚检吸引力。OBJECTIVE To determine the progress of premarital examination services in Changning District over the past decade,and to explore theoretical basis for promoting the development direction of premarital examination work in the district.METHODS Based on the pre-marital examination work report of Shanghai and the internal information system of Changning Maternal and Child Health Hospital,the pre-marital examination rate,disease detection rate and disease classification in Changning District from 2013 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS In the past decade,the number of registered couples in Changning District had been decreasing year by year,with an average pre-maritalcheck-uprate of 15.49%,the average disease detection rate of 4.06%,and the disease detection rate had been increasing year by year,with the proportion of diseases affecting marriage and childbirth also increasing simultaneously.The average disease detection classification was reproductive system diseases(2.49%),internal medicine diseases(0.67%),other various diseases(0.56%),infectious diseases(0.17%),genetic and congenital diseases(0.16%),and mental diseases(0.01%).CONCLUSION From 2013 to 2022,the rate of premarital check-up in Changning District is relatively low.On the one hand,it is necessary to strengthen popular science publicity and guidance,improve the professional quality of premarital check-up service personnel,and on the other hand,it is necessary to strengthen the division of labor and cooperation between civil affairs and health systems.It is suggested to provide“one-stop”services and enhance the attractiveness of premarital check up.
