2019—2022年广州市海珠区外环境禽流感病毒监测分析

摘  要:目的:通过对2019—2022年广州市海珠区限制区肉菜市场外环境样本的禽流感病毒检测结果进行分析,了解海珠区监测场所禽流感病毒的流行、分布特点,为有效防控禽流感提供科学依据。方法:选取2019—2022年海珠区限制区肉菜市场外环境样本,样本采用实时荧光RT-PCR技术进行甲型流感病毒核酸检测,并进一步对阳性样本进行H5、H7、H9亚型检测,采用描述性流行病学方法对检测结果进行分析。结果:2019—2022年珠海区共采集外环境样本6780份,甲型流感病毒及H5、H7、H9亚型阳性检出率分别为10.25%、5.76%、0.29%和73.96%,未知亚型阳性检出率为18.71%。H5、H7亚型阳性检出率总体低于H9亚型。不同年份甲型流感病毒阳性检出率及H5、H7、H9亚型阳性检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同季度之间甲型流感病毒阳性检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.954,P<0.05)。不同样本类型间甲型流感病毒检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.498,P<0.05)。结论:海珠区限制区肉菜市场外环境存在禽流感病毒污染,H9是主要的病原体,同时存在其他亚型禽流感病毒污染,应加强禽流感病毒的监测工作。OBJECTIVE To understand the epidemic and distribution characteristics of avian influenza virus,and provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control of avian influenza.Detection results of the avian influenza in external environmental samples collected in Haizhu district from 2019 to 2022 were analyzed.METHODS The environmental samples were collected in Haizhu district of Guangzhou from 2019 to 2022.Real-time fluorescence RT-PCR was used to detect influenza A virus nucleic acids in the samples,the positive samples were tested for H5,H7 and H9 subtypes,and descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the detection results.RESULTS 6780 poultry related out-environmental samples were collected in haizhu from 2019 to 2022.The positive rates of Type A and H5,H7,H9 influenza viruses were 10.25%,5.76%,0.29%,73.96%,respectively,and the positive rates of unknown subtypes were 18.71%.The detection rate of H5 and H7 was lower than that of H9.There was no statistical difference in different years(P>0.05).There was statistical difference in the positive rate of environmental avian influenza between different seasons(χ^(2)=18.954,P<0.05).There were significant differences between different sample types(χ^(2)=17.498,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The results indicated that avian influenza virus was mainly H9 subtype in the external environment of the market in Haizhu district,and there were other subtypes of avian influenza in the environment.The monitoring and prevention of the avian influenza virus should be strengthened.
