摘 要:目的了解眼科护士快速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)知信行现状及其影响因素。方法采取便利抽样的方法,选择2020年1月至2021年12月温州地区4家医院168名眼科护士为调查对象,采用自制《ERAS知信行现状调查量表》对ERAS知识、态度、行为情况进行调查,统计眼科护士ERAS知信行现状,采用多元线性回归分析法分析眼科护士ERAS知信行的影响因素。结果168名眼科护士的ERAS知信行调查量表中知识维度评分(37.34±9.49)分、态度维度评分(33.74±8.67)分、行为维度评分(26.52±6.55)分,总评分(97.60±22.98)分;单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、工作年限、文化水平、职称、医院级别、医院类别、聘用形式的眼科护士ERAS知信行量表评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);回归分析显示,医院类别、医院级别、职称、工作年限是影响眼科护士ERAS知信行评分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论温州地区眼科护士ERAS知信行的状况整体处于中等水平,主要受医院类别、医院级别、职称、工作年限等因素影响,医院应定期为眼科护士提供ERAS专业培训,提高眼科护士ERAS知信行水平。Objective To explore the status quo of knowledge,attitude,belief and practice(KABP)among ophthalmic nurses with enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)and its influencing factors.Methods The convenient sampling method was used to select 168 cases of ophthalmic nurses from 4 hospitals in Wenzhou from January 2020 to December 2021 as the survey objects.The self-made ERAS KABP scale was used to investigate the status of nurses′ERAS KABP.The status quo of ERAS KABP of ophthalmic nurses was analyzed.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of ERAS in ophthalmic nurses.Results The score of knowledge in ERAS of 168 ophthalmic nurses was(37.34±9.49),the score of attitude was(33.74±8.67),the score of practice was(26.52±6.55),and the total score was(97.60±22.98).The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in ERAS scores among ophthalmic nurses with different ages,working years,educational levels,professional titles,hospital levels,department categories and employment forms(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that department categories,hospital levels,working years and professional titles were the influencing factors of ERAS of ophthalmic nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion The status of ERAS in ophthalmic nurses in Wenzhou is at a medium level on the whole,which is easily affected by department categories,hospital levels,working years and professional titles and other factors.Hospitals should provide professional training on ERAS for nurses regularly to improve the overall level of ERAS in ophthalmic nurses.
