摘　　要：目的 分析北京市某传染病医院收治的猴痘患者的临床特征和结局。方法 回顾性分析2023年6—12月在首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院门诊和住院处就诊的90例猴痘患者的临床表现和实验室结果,总结患者的临床特点。结果 本研究中90例猴痘患者全部为男男性接触者,潜伏期为1~30 d,主要临床表现包括发热、皮疹和淋巴结肿大;患者的降钙素原(procalcitonin, PCT)中位值是0.12 mg/mL,C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein, CRP)中位值是22.3 mg/L,均高于正常值。死亡2例。结论 猴痘患者以男男性接触人群为主,主要表现为发热、皮疹和淋巴结肿大,大部分患者预后良好,极少数患者可发展为重症,甚至死亡。Objective To analyze the clinical features and outcomes of monkeypox patients at an infectious disease hospital in Beijing.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical manifestations and laboratory results of 90 monkeypox patients who visited the outpatient and inpatient departments of Beijing YouAn Hospital,affiliated with Capital Medical University,from June to December 2023,to summarize their clinical characteristics.Results In this study,90 monkeypox patients were homosexual men.The incubation period ranged from 1 to 30 days.The primary clinical manifestations included fever,rash,and lymphadenopathy.The median value of procalcitonin(PCT)was 0.12 mg/mL,and the median value of(C-reactive protein)was 22.3 mg/L,both higher than the normal values.There were 2 fatalities.Conclusion Monkeypox predominantly affected homosexual men and was mainly characterized by fever,rash,and lymphadenopathy.Most patients had a good prognosis,but a very small number could progress to severe disease or even death.
