摘 要:农业用水过程中供水、用耗水、排水、纳污环节产生的负效益会对农业水资源生态经济系统产生一定程度的损耗,进而影响系统的可持续性。基于农业用水过程中各环节产出的负效益,构建农业水资源生态经济系统损耗度评价指标体系,以经济损失率、社会失稳率、生态负载率为指标,运用能值方法、AHP层次分析法分析了2012—2017年郑州市农业水资源生态经济系统损耗度及其发展趋势,结果表明:2012—2016年郑州市农业生态经济系统的经济损失率约为0.25%,2017年上升至0.29%;社会失稳率由2012年的21.46%下降到2017年的7.04%;2012—2016年生态负载率基本稳定为11.7%,2017年上升至13.7%;系统损耗度主要受社会失稳率和生态负载率影响,系统损耗度整体呈下降趋势,由轻度不可持续转变为临界不可持续,逐渐趋于良性发展。In the process of agricultural water use,the negative benefits of water supply,water consumption,drainage and pollution collec⁃tion will cause certain losses to the ecological economic system of agricultural water resources and then affect the sustainability of the system.Based on the negative benefits of the output of each link in the process of agricultural water consumption,this paper built an evaluation index system of loss degree of agricultural water resources eco⁃economic system.The economic loss rate,social instability rate and ecological load rate were used as indicators and the system loss rate was used as a comprehensive indicator.The energy method and AHP analytic hierarchy process were used to quantify the loss status and development trend of agricultural eco⁃economic system in Zhengzhou City from 2012 to 2017.The results show that during the study period,the economic loss rate of the agricultural eco⁃economic system in Zhengzhou is maintained at about 0.25%in 2012 to 2016,rising to 0.29%in 2017.The social instability rate is decreased from 21.46%in 2012 to 7.04%in 2017.The ecological load rate is basically stable at 11.7%,rising to 13.7%in 2017.The system loss is mainly affected by social instability rate and ec⁃ological load rate.The loss degree of the system as a whole shows a downward trend,from mild unsustainable to critical unsustainable and gradually tends to a benign development.
