摘　　要：为避免铝制穹顶储罐火灾事故发生,通过对典型事故案例的事故原因进行分析,从提升安全防护技术、加强安全管理、提高应急管理水平3个方面,提出了对大型外浮顶储罐事故防控的措施,对保障大型油气储存基地安全风险防控具有指导意义。In order to avoid the fire accident of aluminum dome storage tank,through the analysis of the accident causes of typical accident cases,from the three aspects of improving safety protection technology,strengthening safety management and improving emergency management level,the prevention and control measures for large external floating roof storage tank accidents were put forward,which had guiding significance for ensuring the safety risk prevention and control of large oil and gas storage base.
