摘 要:针对供电系统电压暂降影响石油化工装置长周期平稳运行的突出问题,以聚丙烯装置高压机组为研究对象,从高压机组电压暂降暂态影响机理入手,基于Digsilent仿真平台,搭建了装置供电系统及离心泵、压缩机、风机各类负载的仿真模型,深入分析了单一离心泵负载、不同离心泵类负载、不同高压负载的电压暂降耐受特性,获得了电压暂降深度、暂降耐受时间等关键量化指标参数及过程免疫时间要求。研究表明:电压暂降深度越深,暂降耐受时间越短,不同负载的电压暂降耐受能力不同,当电压暂降深度为50%时,聚丙烯装置关键机组抗电压暂降耐受时间集中在500~700 ms,为装置抗晃电治理提供科学依据。Aimming at the prominent problem that voltage sag of power supply system affects the long-term stable operation of petrochemical equipment,taking the high voltage unit of polypropylene unit as the research object,starting from the mechanism of voltage sag transient of the high voltage unit,and based on the Digsilent simulation platform,a simula-tion model of the power supply system of the device and various loads of centrifugal pumps,compressors and fans was built.The voltage sag tolerance charac-teristics of single centrifugal pump load,different centrifugal pump loads and different high voltage loads were deeply analyzed,and the key quantitative parameters such as voltage sag depth,sag tolerance time and process immunity time requirements were obtained.The research showed that the deeper the voltage sag depth was,the shorter the sag tolerance time was,and the voltage sag tolerance ability of dif-ferent loads was different.When the voltage sag depth was 50%,the voltage sag tolerance time of the key unit of polypropylene device was concentrated in 500~700 ms,providing a scientific basis for the anti-shock treatment of the device.
