摘 要:为明确桥梁拱肋钢-混过渡段拉杆张拉顺序对局部力学状态的影响,进而获取最优的拉杆张拉顺序,以某飞燕式钢箱系杆拱桥钢-混过渡段为依托,采用ABAQUS软件建立精细化有限元模型,研究了长短杆、长短边、内外圈张拉顺序对钢-混过渡段拉杆轴力、混凝土预压效果和承压板等效应力状态的影响。研究结果表明,采用先短杆后长杆、先长边后短边、先内圈后外圈的总体张拉顺序,可以改善拉杆轴力的均匀性以及提升钢-混过渡段混凝土的预压效果。相关结论可为类似拉杆张拉顺序研究提供参考。In order to clarify the impact of the tension sequence on the local mechanical state of the bridge arch ribs,and then obtain the optimal tension sequence,the steel-concrete transition section of the arch rib of the swallow type steel box arch bridge was taken as an example.The finite element model was established by ABAQUS software to study the impacts of long and short rods,long and short sides and inner and outer ring tension sequence on the axial force of the tie rod,the concrete preloading effect and the equivalent stress state of the pressure plate in the steel-concrete transition section.The results show that the tension sequence of the short rod before the long rod,the long side before the short side,the inner ring before the outer ring can improve the uniformity of the axial force of the tie rod and the preloading effect.The relevant conclusions can provide reference for the study of tension sequence of similar rods.
