摘 要:天津历史上发生过多次内涝事件,城区中小河水位居高不下,排水不畅,给天津市交通和居民出行造成了严重影响,社会经济受到过严重损失。以天津市金钟街老城区为例,利用InfoWorks软件搭建并耦合一维和二维模型,对现状片区内涝情况进行综合模拟与评估,提出源头减排、中游管网改造及下游增加调蓄容积的治理措施,通过对治理措施的影响分析提出适合该片区的综合治理方案。模拟结果显示:内涝治理后,积水点1、2的最大积水深度较内涝治理前分别减小48.4%和60.7%,退水时间较内涝治理前分别缩短70.8%和80.2%,排水管网达到了100年一遇的标准。表明提出的综合治理方案科学合理,为老城区治理措施的选取及内涝防治提供了新思路。There are multiple waterlogging incidents in Tianjin’s history,with high water level of rivers and poor drainage in the town,which serious impact on transportation and residents travel and cause serious social and economic losses.Taking Jinzhong Street old town in Tianjin as an example,1D and 2D models were built and coupled by InfoWorks software.The current situation of waterlogging was comprehensively simulated and evaluated in the area.Treatment measures for source reduction,midstream pipeline network renovation,and increase regulation volume downstream were proposed.Through analysis of the impact of treatment measures,a suitable comprehensive treatment plan was proposed.The simulation results show that the maximum water accumulation depth at No.1 waterlogging point and No.2 waterlogging point after waterlogging control decreased by 49.1%and 61.8%respectively compared with the ones before waterlogging control,and the recession time shortened by 71.9%and 79.1%respectively,reaching the 100-year standard.The proposed comprehensive control plan is proved to be scientific and reasonable,providing new ideas for the selection of governance measures and waterlogging prevention and control in old towns.
