摘　　要：渡槽作为高级别生物安全实验室新增关键防护设备之一,能够防御病原微生物对人员和环境造成危害,在传递活体组织、微生物和某些材料制造的物品方面具有高效、快捷和安全性高等优点,现已应用于畜牧兽医行业中的部分高级别生物安全实验室。但渡槽的安装要求高、后期改造难度大和普及程度低,故很多高级别生物安全实验室并未设置。为解决上述问题,本文首先介绍了高级别生物安全实验室渡槽的定义、现有相关规范要求、生物安全性能评价、检测指标、技术参数、使用方法和使用要求;其次对消毒方式、不同消毒剂的选择和作用机理、消毒验证以及渡槽自身消毒进行了阐述;最后对渡槽的安装和使用问题展开分析和讨论,并提出建议。本文论述了渡槽作为高级别生物安全实验室关键防护设备的实用性和作为节点设备的可行性,为渡槽的设计和安全使用提供了有效参考。As one of the newly added key protective equipment in high-level biosafety laboratories,dunk tanks can defend against the harm caused by pathogenic microorganisms to personnel and the environment.They exhibit efficiency,speed,and high safety when transferring live tissues,microorganisms,and items manufactured from certain materials.Dunk tanks have been applied in some high-level biosafety laboratories in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine.However,due to the high installation requirements,difficulty in later modifications,and low popularity,many high-level biosafety laboratories have not been equipped with dunk tanks.To address these issues,this paper first introduces the definition of dunk tanks in high-level biosafety laboratories,existing relevant regulatory requirements,biosafety performance evaluation,detection indicators,technical parameters,methods,and requirements for use.Secondly,the paper elaborates on disinfection methods,the selection and mechanism of different disinfectants,disinfection validation,and self-disinfection of dunk tanks.Finally,the paper analyzes and discusses the installation and use issues of dunk tanks,providing suggestions.The article discusses the practicality of dunk tanks as key protective equipment in high-level biosafety laboratories and the feasibility of them as nodal equipment,offering effective references for the design and safe use of dunk tanks.
