摘  要:联锁是保障车站列车安全控制的重要信号系统。为了解决联锁系统故障停电状态下,办理非正常接发车作业过程中产生大量人工纸质作业和反复沟通确认作业的问题,提出一种用户通过按钮选排非正常进路、自动获取进路设备状态并生成确认表的改进方案。通过模拟联锁环境,设计系统功能与结构,开发一套能够依据真实数据独立运行的软件系统,系统同时实现将行车安全控制卡电子化的控制流程形式。相比于传统作业方式,所提方案能够减轻行车人员的劳动强度,提高非正常接发车进路的组织效率,具有一定的普适性和高效性。Interlocking represents an important signaling system for ensuring train safety control at stations.This paper proposes an improved solution which allows the users to set abnormal routes by pressing a button,acquires the status of the route equipment automatically,and generates confirmation forms accordingly,so as to eliminate the need for excessive manual paper operations and repeated communication and confirmation in the process of handling abnormal receiving-departure operations during power failures in the interlocking system.A software system is developed through simulation of the interlocking environment and the design of system functions and structure,which can run independently according to real data,and implement the electronic control process of the control card for train operation safety.Compared with traditional operations,this solution can reduce the labor intensity of train operators and improve the organizational efficiency of abnormal receiving-departure routes,featuring universal application and high efficiency.
