摘  要:本研究建立了乙醇超声提取后直接上机测定土壤中溴敌隆的液相色谱-串联质谱法。基于多反应监测离子对信息以及保留时间完成目标物的定性分析,根据定量离子对的峰面积采用外标法进行定量分析。结果表明,溴敌隆在0.5~100 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99;方法的检出限为0.795 ng/g,定量限为2.55 ng/g;平均回收率为88.4%~93.9%,相对标准偏差为3.1%~6.7%。本方法灵敏度高、准确性好、样品用量少且操作简单,适用于土壤中溴敌隆的定性定量分析,可为评估环境土壤中的溴敌隆残留提供技术支持。At present,there are few studies on the determination and quantitative methods of bromadiolone in soil.In this study,a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) method was developed for the determination of bromadiolone in soil by ethanol ultrasonic extraction and direct injection analysis.Qualitative analysis of the target was completed based on the information of multiple reaction monitoring ion pair and retention time,and quantitative analysis was carried out according to the peak area of the quantitative ion using external standard method.The results showed good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.5-100 ng/mL,and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.99.The limit of detection was 0.795 ng/g and the limit of quantification was 2.55 ng/g.The average recoveries and relative standard deviations were 88.4%-93.9% and 3.1%-6.7%,respectively.This method was sensitive,accurate and simple to operate,and suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of bromadiolone in soil.It could provide technical support for the assessment of bromadiolone residues in environmental soil.
