摘 要:为提升超导磁悬浮列车的运行品质,提出了一种超导磁液复合减振装置,研究了超导磁液复合减振装置的结构和工作原理,给出了性能计算方法及流程,分析了不同场作用时的承载特性。研究得出随超导体数量的增加承载力变大,且存在一个最优的超导体数量值,为了获得高承载力应该保证永磁盘宽度与超导体直径基本相等,永磁盘厚度增加到一定值后承载力增加幅值变小;液氮润滑膜压力在超导体中心处有最大值,随着转速的增加液氮润滑膜厚度增加、温升提高;磁场和流场共同作用后可以降低液氮润滑膜的压力及温度,随着转速的升高可以大幅提升超导磁液复合减振装置的承载力。To improve the operational quality of superconducting maglev trains,a superconducting magnetic fluid composite damping device is proposed.The structure and working principle of the superconducting magnetic fluid composite damping device are studied,and the performance calculation method and process are provided.The bearing characteristics under different field effects are analyzed.The research shows that the bearing capacity increases with the increase in the number of superconductors,and there is an optimal value for the number of superconductors.In order to obtain high bearing capacity,it is necessary to ensure that the width of the permanent disk is basically equal to the diameter of the superconductor.After the thickness of the permanent disk increases to a specific value,the amplitude of the increase in bearing capacity decreases.The pressure of the liquid nitrogen lubrication film has a maximum value at the center of the superconductor,and as the rotational speed increases,the thickness of the liquid nitrogen lubrication film increases and the temperature rise increases.The combined effect of magnetic field and flow field can reduce the pressure and temperature of the liquid nitrogen lubrication film and significantly increase the bearing capacity of the superconducting magnetic fluid composite vibration damping device with an increase in rotational speed.
