摘　　要：目的:分析成年肺动脉高压(Pulmonary Hypertension,PH)患者生存质量现状及其影响因素,为构建有针对性的生存质量干预方案提供参考依据。方法:便利选取2021年7月至2022年2月就诊于济南市某三级甲等医院心血管内科的247名PH患者作为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表、中文版恐惧疾病进展简化量表、领悟社会支持量表及家庭弹性评定量表中文简化版进行调查。采用分层多元线性回归分析PH患者生存质量的影响因素。结果:PH患者生存质量得分为(46.55±10.46)分,4个领域得分均低于常模。分层线性回归结果显示,心功能分级、家庭人均月收入、恐惧疾病进展、领悟社会支持及家庭弹性为PH患者生存质量的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释生存质量65.3%的变异。结论:PH患者生存质量严重受损。医护人员应对心功能较差、收入较低以及恐惧疾病进展的PH患者给予更多关注,帮助其树立积极正确的疾病感知,提高社会支持并帮助其家庭发挥内在优势和力量,以提高其健康水平和生存质量。Objective:To analyze the quality of life status and influencing factors of adult patients with Pulmonary Hypertension(PH),and to provide a reference for the construction of targeted quality of life intervention programs.Methods:A total of 247 PH patients who visited the department of cardiology of a tertiary grade A hospital in Jinan from July 2021 to February 2022 were selected as subjects by convenience sampling method.The General Data Questionnaire,the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Simplified Fear Disease Progression Scale,the Perceptive Social Support Scale,and the simplified Chinese version of the Family Resilience Rating Scale were used to survey.Results:The average quality of life score of PH patients was 46.55±10.46 and the scores in four domains were lower than the norm.The results of stratified linear regression showed that the cardiac function,per capita monthly household income,fear of disease progression,perceived social support and family resilience were influencing factors of the quality of life of PH patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of life of PH patients is seriously impaired.Medical staff should pay more attention to PH patients with poor cardiac function,lower income,and fear of disease progression,help them develop positive and correct disease perception,improve social support and help their families to leverage the inherent advantages and strength,to improve the health level and quality of life of PH patients.
