摘　　要：目的:构建神经性厌食患者饮食行为管理方案,为科学管理这类患者的饮食行为提供依据。方法:采用半结构式访谈、文献回顾和德尔菲专家函询确定神经性厌食患者饮食行为管理方案。结果:对15名专家进行2轮函询,函询问卷的有效回收率均为100.0%,2轮专家权威系数分别为0.910、0.930,2轮专家协调系数分别为0.295、0.332(P<0.001)。形成包含6个一级条目、16个二级条目、32个三级条目的神经性厌食患者饮食行为管理方案。结论:制定的神经性厌食患者饮食行为管理方案科学、可靠,可为临床管理神经性厌食患者饮食行为提供参考依据。Objective:To construct the eating behavior management program for patients with anorexia nervosa.Methods:Semi-structured interview,literature review and Delphi method were used to develop the eating behavior management program for patients with anorexia nervosa.Results:A total of 15 experts were interviewed by correspondence for two rounds.The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100.0%.The authority coeffificients of the experts in the two rounds were 0.910 and 0.930,respectively.The coordination coeffificients of the experts in the two rounds were 0.295 and 0.332,respectively(P<0.001).The final version of eating behavior management program for patients with anorexia nervosa consisted of 6 first-level items,16 second-level items and 32 third-level items.Conclusion:This eating behavior management program for patients with anorexia nervosa is scientific and reliable,and can provide a reference basis for clinical practice.
