数字化赋能文化云平台协同建设的作用机理研究——基于福州文化云案例分析

摘　　要：数字化赋能协同治理是数字时代各领域发展的重要趋势,而数字化赋能文化云平台协同建设存在何种创新模式及作用机理近年来成为了学界亟待回应解决的重要问题。为此,本研究以福州文化云为例,结合数字化赋能协同治理分析框架对其协同建设创新过程进行分析,并基于此提出了数字化赋能文化云协同建设创新模式及其作用机理。研究结果发现文化云平台的有效建设并非是单一的数字化赋能或协同建设,而是前两者的有机融合,并嵌入反馈机制形成整体闭环运作机制。研究结果有助于我国各地在文化云建设实践中理解数字化赋能协同治理机制,进一步推动公共数字文化建设的繁荣发展。Digital empowerment collaborative governance is an important trend in the development of various fields in the digital era.What kind of innovation model and mechanism exist in the collaborative construction of digital empowerment culture cloud platforms has become an urgent question for the academic community.Therefore,this paper takes Fuzhou Cultural Cloud as an example,analyzes the collaborative construction innovation process based on the digital empowerment collaborative governance analysis framework,and proposes the digital empowerment cultural cloud collaborative construction innovation model and its mechanism based on this.It is found that the effective construction of the cultural cloud platform is not a single digital empowerment or collaborative construction,but the organic integration of the first two,and the embedded feedback mechanism forms an overall closed-loop operation mechanism.The findings will help China wholly to understand the collaborative governance mechanism of digital empowerment in the practice of cultural cloud construction,and further promote the prosperity and development of public digital culture construction.
