新时代高校教师思想政治状况及其提升探析

摘　　要：高校教师思想政治教育工作是时代发展的需要,是稳定教师队伍、提高高校竞争力、加强教师队伍建设的需要,对培养社会主义建设者和接班人具有重大意义。为了解高校教师的思想动态,课题组在全国范围内对高校教师思想政治状况进行了调查。结果表明,新时代高校教师思想政治状况主流积极向上,但同时也存在一些值得重视的问题。为此,高校要强化党委领导、健全机制、加强教育并注重人文关怀,以提高教师的思想觉悟和政治素质。The ideological and political education work of college teachers is a need of the development of the times,a need to stabilize the teaching force,improve the competitiveness of colleges and universities,strengthen the construction of the teaching force,and of great significance to the cultivation of socialist builders and successors.In order to learn about the ideological trends of university teachers,the research group has conducted a survey on the ideological and political status of university teachers in China.The results show that the ideological and political situation of college teachers in the new era is positive in the mainstream,but at the same time,there are some problems.For this reason,colleges and universities should strengthen the leadership of the Party committee,improve the mechanism,strengthen education and pay attention to humanistic care in order to improve the ideological awareness and political quality of teachers.
