摘 要:传统高频信号注入法只适用于具有凸极特性的永磁同步电机,并且在位置估计和电流反馈环节引入多个滤波器,造成位置估计和电流响应延迟,降低了系统的动态性能。针对凸极特性不明显的表贴式双三相永磁同步电机,在低速阶段提出一种基于高频方波电压注入法的无位置传感器控制策略,将高频注入周期和磁场定向控制周期分离,高频注入周期内直接在两相静止轴系采样高频响应电流进行转子位置估计,且位置估计和电流反馈环节均未使用滤波器。通过理论分析和仿真验证了该控制策略的有效性。The traditional high-frequency signal injection method is only suitable for permanent magnet synchronous motors with salient pole characteristics,and multiple filters are used in position estimation and current feedback links,resulting in position estimation and current response delay,affecting the dynamic performance of the system.Aiming at the dual three-phase surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor with insignificant salient pole characteristics,a lowspeed control strategy based on high-frequency square-wave voltage injection method is proposed.The high-frequency injection period and the field-oriented control period are separated.In the high-frequency injection period,the high-frequency current is collected in the station two-phase shafting to obtain the rotor position estimation value,which realizes that the position estimation and current feedback link do not need to use the filter.Finally,the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified by theoretical analysis and simulation.
