助力乡村生态振兴——“无废城市”建设治理农业固体废物路径研究

摘　　要：农业固体废物治理是“无废城市”建设的主要内容之一,也是实现乡村生态振兴的重要工作。做好农业固体废物污染环境防治工作是推进农村生态文明建设,解决农村生态环境问题,打好污染防治攻坚战,促进乡村生态振兴的根本要求。本研究聚焦农业固体废物污染环境防治,分析“无废城市”建设与乡村生态振兴的关系,梳理农业固体废物治理面临的难点与挑战,系统凝练在“无废城市”建设中农业固体废物的治理体系和治理路径,为支撑“无废城市”开展农业固体废物污染环境防治提供借鉴和参考。The treatment of agricultural solid waste is one of the main contents of the construction of a“Zero-waste City”and an important work to achieve rural ecological revitalization.Effectively managing agricultural solid waste pollution is the fundamental requirement for promoting the construction of rural ecological civilization,solving rural ecological environmental problems,fighting the battle for pollution prevention and control,and promoting rural ecological revitalization.This article focused on the prevention and control of environmental pollution caused by agricultural solid waste,analyzed the relationship between the construction of“Zero-waste Cities”and rural ecological revitalization,sorted out the difficulties and challenges faced by agricultural solid waste management,systematically summarized the governance system and path of agricultural solid waste in the construction of“Zero-waste Cities”,and provided reference and reference for supporting the prevention and control of environmental pollution caused by agricultural solid waste in“Zero-waste Cities”.
