摘  要:目的探讨在肝癌患者介入治疗术后康复中应用基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型(IMB)理论的健康宣教联合心理干预的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月在南昌大学第一附属医院肿瘤科行肝癌介入治疗的80例患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,均持续干预16周。观察并比较两组患者干预前后的自我效能感、焦虑和抑郁情绪评分、生活质量评分。结果干预16周后,观察组患者的正性态度、缓解压力、自我决策的自我效能感评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预16周后,观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于IMB理论的健康宣教联合心理干预在肝癌介入患者中,能够缓解负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze and explore effect of health education combined with psychological intervention based on information-motivation-behavioral skill model(IMB)theory on rehabilitation of patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy in Department of Oncology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected from October 2021 to October 2022.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were intervened for 16 weeks.The scores of self-efficacy,anxiety,depression and quality of life in the two groups were observed and compared before and after intervention.Results After 16 weeks of intervention,scores of self-efficacy(positive attitude,stress relief,self-decision)in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with psychological intervention based on IMB theory can relieve negative emotions and improve quality of life in patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy.
