耳穴压豆联合穴位敷贴在剖宫产妇术后抗焦虑及镇痛中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴压豆联合穴位敷贴在剖宫产妇术后抗焦虑及镇痛中的效果。方法选取84名择期行剖宫产术产妇,根据住院号顺序将其分为研究组与对照组,每组42名。对照组采用常规术后治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加入耳穴压豆联合穴位敷贴疗法。比较两组不同时间视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果研究组术后24 h、48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后24 h、48 h的SAS评分分别为(27.84±5.19)分、(14.49±4.41)分,均低于对照组的(32.02±5.42)分、(18.07±4.76)分(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后产妇应用穴位敷贴联合耳穴压豆干预可以改善其焦虑情绪,缓解疼痛程度。Objective To observe the anti-anxiety and analgesic effects of auricular point compression and acupoint application on women after caesarean section.Methods 84 women who underwent cesarean section were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the order of hospitalization number,with 42 in each group.The control group was treated with conventional postoperative treatment,and the study group was added with auricular point compression and acupoint application therapy on the basis of control group.The visual analog scale(VAS)scores and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores were compared between the two groups at different times.Results The VAS scores at 24 h and 48 h in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS scores of the study group were(27.84±5.19)points and(14.49±4.41)points at 24 h and 48 h,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(32.02±5.42)points and(18.07±4.76)points(P<0.05).Conclusion After cesarean section,the application of acupoint application and auricular point pressure can improve the anxiety and relieve the pain.
