Objective To study the effect of noninvasive delivery intervention on perineal laceration and lateral perineal incision rate. Methods 150 women giving birth were divided into the control group(traditional delivery)and the experimental group(non-invasive delivery intervention)according to random number table method, with 75 women in each group. The degree of perineal laceration, lateral incision rate, labor time and neonatal asphyxia risk were compared between the two groups. Results The degree of perineal laceration in experimental group was lighter than that in control group, and the lateral incision rate(21.33%)was lower than that in control group(54.67%)(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the first, second and third stages of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive delivery intervention has positive effects on the prevention of perineal laceration and the reduction of perineal lateral incision rate, and does not prolong labor or increase the risk of neonatal asphyxia, which is worthy of clinical application.
