四妙丸合化虫丸加减治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨四妙丸合化虫丸加减治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取100例滴虫性阴道炎患者,根据随机摸球法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组患者采用奥硝唑治疗,研究组患者采用四妙丸合化虫丸加减治疗。比较两组患者临床效果。结果研究组临床总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组尿频、尿痛、白带异常、外阴瘙痒、外阴、阴道充血症状消失时间均比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论四妙丸合化虫丸加减治疗滴虫性阴道炎患者效果确切,可促进各项异常症状快速消失,治疗期间不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Simiao pills and Huachong pills in treating trichomoniasis vaginitis.Methods 1o0 patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random ball-touching method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ornidazole,and the study group was treated with modified Simiao pills and Huachong pills.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of urinary frequency,urinalgia,abnormal leucorrhea,vulvar pruritus,vulvar and vaginal congestion in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Simiao pills and Huachong pills have definite effect in treating patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis,can promote the rapid disappearance of abnormal symptoms,and the adverse reaction rate is low during treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
