穴位贴敷配合穴位按摩对妇科手术后肠蠕动恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探究妇科手术后采用穴位贴敷配合穴位按摩干预对术后肠蠕动恢复的影响。方法选取60例妇科手术患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组30例。对照组患者采用传统干预,试验组患者采用穴位贴敷配合穴位按摩干预。比较两组患者术后肠蠕动恢复、并发症发生情况及舒适性情况。结果试验组患者手术后排气时间、排便时间及肠鸣音恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组手术后并发症发生率6.67%明显低于对照组的26.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者手术后舒适占比明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科手术后患者采用穴位贴敷配合穴位按摩对术后肠蠕动恢复具有显著促进作用,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint massage on intestinal peristalsis recovery after gynecological operation.Methods 60 gynecological surgery patients were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional intervention,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint application combined with acupoint massage.The postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery,complications and comfort were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter operation,the exhaust time,defecation time and bowel sound recovery time of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<o.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in control group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).The proportion of postoperative comfort in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.o5).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with acupoint massage can significantly promote the recovery of intestinal peristalsis after gynecological surgery,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
