摘　　要：目的探讨细节管理在悬吊式免气腹单孔腹腔镜妇科手术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2020年10月本院妇科收治的30例行悬吊式免气腹单孔腹腔镜妇科手术患者为研究对象,将2016年1月至2018年12月的15例患者作为对照组,采用常规手术配合管理;2019年1月至2020年10月的15例患者作为观察组,采用细节管理。比较两组管理效果。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,手术医师及麻醉医师满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中手术医师调整电外科脚踏时间(3.10±3.16)min短于对照组的(7.82±2.90)min,手术室护士准备手术器械齐全率、巡回护士一次性安装悬吊臂底座到位率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节管理应用于悬吊式免气腹单孔腹腔镜妇科手术中,能有效缩短手术时间,使手术顺利进行。Objective To explore the application effect of detail management in suspended pneumoperitoneum-free single-hole laparoscopic gynecological surgery.Methods 30 patients admitted to the Gynecology Department in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2020 undergoing suspension pneumoperitoneum-free single-hole laparoscopic gynecological surgery were selected as the study objects,and 15 patients from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and were managed with routine surgery.15 patients from January 2019 to October 2020 served as the observation group and underwent detailed management.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time and blood loss of observation group were shorter than control group,and the satisfaction scores of surgeons and anesthesiologists were higher than control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the adjustment time of electrosurgical foot(3.10±3.16)min was shorter than(7.82±2.90)min in the control group,and the rate of surgical equipment preparation by operating room nurses and the rate of one-time installation of suspension arm base by traveling nurses were higher than those in the control group(P<0.o5).Conclusion The application of detail management in suspension pneumoperitoneum-free single-hole laparoscopic gynecological surgery can effectively shorten the operation time and make the operation go smoothly.
