经阴道超声与经腹部超声在不同类型子宫肌瘤诊断中的应用价值对比

摘　　要：目的对比经阴道超声与经腹部超声在不同类型子宫肌瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法选取62例子宫肌瘤患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组31例。对照组患者采用经腹部超声检查,研究组患者采用经阴道超声检查。对比两组患者疾病诊断效果及研究组子宫肌瘤内部与周边血流参数指标。结果研究组诊断准确率(96.77%)与病理诊断结果(100%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且高于对照组(67.74%)(P<0.05);研究组误诊率、漏诊率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组肌瘤内部血流阻力指数、搏动指数、收缩期峰值流速及舒张期峰值流速均低于肌瘤周边(P<0.05)。结论相比经腹部超声检查,经阴道超声应用于子宫肌瘤诊断具有更高的准确率,诊断优势与诊断价值更为明显。Objective To compare the application value of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of different types of uterine fibroids.Methods 62 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group underwent transabdominal ultrasonography and the study group underwent transvaginal ultrasonography.The diagnostic effect of the two groups and the parameters of internal and peripheral blood flow of uterine fibroids were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the study group(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(67.74%)(P<0.05),and had no statistically significance with the pathological diagnosis(100%)(P>0.05).The rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood flow resistance index,pulse index,systolic peak flow velocity and diastolic peak flow velocity were all lower than those around fibroids in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound has a higher accuracy in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids,and its diagnostic advantages and diagnostic value are more obvious.
