手术室优质护理干预在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术中给予手术室优质护理的临床效果。方法选取54例腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术患者,根据随机抽签法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组27例。对照组患者采取常规手术室护理,观察组患者采取手术室优质护理。对比两组患者术后胃肠道恢复时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的术后胃肠道恢复时间、下床活动时间、平均住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为0,明显低于对照组的14.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜卵巢囊肿切除术中采取手术室优质护理干预措施能够保证手术治疗效果,促进患者快速康复,降低并发症发生率,具有临床推广价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of high quality nursing in operating room during laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.Methods 54 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method,with 27 cases in each group.Patients in control group received conventional operating room nursing,and patients in observation group received high-quality nursing in operating room.The postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time,the time of getting out of bed,the time of hospitalization and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time,the time of getting out of bed and the average length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 0,which was significantly lower than 14.81%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention measures of high quality nursing in the operation room can guarantee the curative effect of the operation,promote the rapid recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and have clinical popularization value.
