摘 要:目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel训练治疗经产妇产后盆腔脏器脱垂的效果。方法选取本院60例产后盆腔脏器脱垂经产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用Kegel训练,试验组采用生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel训练,比较两组的盆底肌电检查结果、盆腔脏器脱垂分级及尿失禁发生情况。结果试验组10s慢肌收缩均值、60s慢肌收缩均值、快肌收缩最大值均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组盆腔脏器脱垂分级情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组尿失禁发生率为13.33%,显著低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合Kegel训练治疗经产妇产后盆腔脏器脱垂,可有效改善盆底肌肌力情况及脏器脱垂程度,利于产后盆底功能快速康复。Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel training in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse in postpartum women,Methods 60 postpartum women with pelvic organ prolapse were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cases.The control group received Kegel training,while the experimental group received a combination of biofeedback electrical stimulation and Kegel training.The results of pelvic floor electromyography,grading of pelvic organ prolapse,and incidence of urinary incontinence were compared between the two groups.Results The mean i0 second slow muscle contraction,mean 60 second slow muscle contraction,and maximum fast muscle contraction in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The grading of pelvic organ prolapse in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of urinary incontinence in the experimental group was 13.33%,significantly lower than the control group's 40.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of biofeedback electrical stimulation and Kegel training can effectively improve the strength of pelvic floor muscles and the degree of organ prolapse in postpartum women,which is beneficial for the rapid recovery of pelvic floor function.
